Begin your day with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a gentle ritual designed to open your senses and prepare your mind and spirit for a profound, inward connection. Allow the rich, ceremonial cacao to soften your heart and set your intentions as you enter this communal space.
Once centred, prepare to be guided by the Live DJ Therapist, Freddy Tee, as you embark on a magical ecstatic dance experience. For two captivating hours, surrender to a sonic voyage of hypnotic dance music—an invitation to let go of thought, move freely, and rediscover your authentic self. The music will carry you on waves of energy, encouraging you to dance without inhibition or judgement.
After the high-energy dance journey, you will be gently brought back to earth with a grounding drum journey. Echoing the traditions of our ancestors, the rhythms of the drums will help you reconnect with the earth, anchoring your spirit and bringing a sense of deep calm and balance.
